As part of that mission, we encourage associates to recognize when their peers do their part. Below is a form which can be submitted when you have witnessed your fellow associate upholding one of these Core Values. Associates who receive this recognition will also receive two (2) entries into a quarterly drawing for a $150 Visa gift card! Those who submit these forms will also receive one (1) entry into a sperate drawing for a $100 Visa gift card! Let’s all work together to recognize the hard work and dedication being put into creating the best possible environment for our guests and fellow associates!
Deliver

- We have a reputation as both a facility and company of delivering a high-end guest experience.
- We must never allow any factors to interfere with the quality of the guest experience. For example:
- Treating residents or public players differently – often too casual with residents
- Being less welcoming to guests playing later in the day
- Becoming complacent with guests who play often
Create
Create an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests by fostering a positive, fun and welcoming feeling amongst guests and associates alike.
- Guests are choosing to spend their day with us as an escape or opportunity to enjoy a day with friends and family. We must do our part to ensure they have an enjoyable day.
- We should greet guests with a smile and stay positive in our interactions.
- We must be consistent in our enforcement of policies and rules for our sake and the sake of our guests.
Be Prepared
Look forward, be prepared and strive to improve the operation and ourselves.
- Look ahead to what is coming in both the short and long term to be prepared.
- Communicate with other team members to help their ability to be prepared as well.
- Think of ways that the facility and experience can be improved. The guest’s perspective should always be the first consideration.

- We strive to be transparent and honest with guests.
- There should be no effort to omit details or be misleading in any way for personal benefit.
- No matter the individual, all interactions should remain professional.
- Always think of how your actions may impact your peers or the guest experience and how you would like to be treated in a similar situation.
- Be considerate of your demeanor when interacting with guests. When acting froma position of power it is important to not intimidate the guest or automatically put them on defense. Body language and context are extremely important.
